Al Malaeb Newspaper – Brazilian Al Hilal Saudi Arabia star Neymar set a strict condition to agree to his departure from Al-Zaeem during the current winter transfer window.
Neymar has a contract with Al Hilal that expires next summer, amid reports suggesting Santos could sign the player on loan or permanently.
Globo newspaper said: “Neymar faces a decisive week in terms of his future, whether he terminates his contract with Al Hilal or goes on loan to Santos.”
The Brazilian newspaper reported that despite the continuation of negotiations between the two parties, terminating Neymar's contract is not an easy matter, especially since the player still owes $65 million to Al Hilal.
She confirmed that “the player does not want to give up his remaining dues even if he wants to leave Al Hilal, which is the decisive point so far.”
Santos is optimistic about the Neymar deal, following statements from Al Hilal coach Jorge Jesus, in which he confirmed that “the player will not join the local squad, due to his inability to play at the same level as the current level of the team , due to his late return from injury.”
