Barcelona chases Barbastro and reaches the prize of the King's Cup final International sport
Al Malaeb Newspaper – Barcelona won tonight, Saturday, against Barbastro (a team from the fourth division) at the Barbastro stadium in the round of 16 of the Spanish King's Cup.
Lewandowski, Pablo Touré and Eric Garcia scored two goals for Barcelona in the 21st, 31st, 47th and 56th minutes.
Barça has qualified for the round of 16 of the tournament.
The match started under pressure from the visitors, when Barcelona's Kounde headed a ball over the goal in the 6th minute.
Pedri sent a cross into the penalty area towards Lewandowski, who headed over the goal in the 10th minute.
The pressure continued until Eric Garcia managed to score the first goal in the 21st minute, when he received a header from Araujo in the area and fired a header past goalkeeper Fabrega's left.
Lewandowski set up the second goal for the Blaugrana in the 31st minute, from an indirect free kick sent by Pablo Torre from the right towards the Pole, who headed the ball to the goalkeeper's right.
The first half ended with Barcelona ahead with two unanswered goals.
At the start of the second half, Lewandowski set up the third goal in the 47th minute when he received a deep pass from Pablo Toure and shot goalkeeper Fabrega's left.
The goal celebration continued with the fourth goal, which was added in the 56th minute by Pablo Torre, when he took advantage of a fatal error by the goalkeeper in passing to intercept the ball and place it easily in the net.
Barcelona controlled the match for the entire second half, amid Barbastro's complete absence, helping the Catalan team qualify for the round of 16.
